New UN Plan for Period after Marib Battle
The United Nations expected that “Houthis” would take control of Marib. This came in a statement distributed by the Office of the Humanitarian Affairs Coordination.

The statement indicated that United Nations is preparing a new plan to expand the humanitarian response, expecting the governorate to witness” the largest wave of displacement,” in light of Sana’a forces approaching its southern neighborhoods. “
The UN declaration comes a day after a UN official visited Marib city. The last strongholds of the pro-coalition factions in northern Yemen, it also comes at a time when Sana’a forces continued to advance on the battlefronts, on the outskirts of the city, especially the southern ones.
