Sana’a Renews Adherence to Priority of Peaceful Solution


Sana’a reiterated its adherence to the priority of a peaceful solution to the war in Yemen, on the eve of news talking on Saudi efforts to hold a new round of negotiations in the Sultanate of Oman against the pace of an unprecedented military escalation in Sana’a that portends with decisive operations.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the rescue government in Sana’a, Hisham Sharaf, said that it is not possible to talk about truce and peace arrangements without first lifting the siege on Yemen, in reference to Sanaa’s adherence to opening Sana’a International Airport and Hodeida port.

Sharaf indicated during his inauguration for a training course on the protocol and rules of decrees, in another step that reveals arrangements to open the international airport, Yemen is still extending its hand for a just peace. He considered the steadfastness of the Yemeni people and their military, political and social steadfastness thwarted all international efforts aligned with coalition, in reference to Sana’a imposing its conditions for peace.

In this context, a member of Sana’a negotiating delegation, Abdul-Malik Al-Ajri, revealed that the current efforts focused on ensuring the provision of basic services to the Yemeni people as an urgent reward for their sacrifices and steadfastness.

He also noted that the coalition that failed militarily in Yemen also failed in using the services it destroyed, as a means to create a popular resentment against the authority of Sana’a.
