Sana’a accused Islah Party of High Treason

The head of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs, loyal to the Houthis, Abdul Qadir Al-Murtada, accused the Islah Party (Muslim brotherhood branch in Yemen) of high treason for selling prisoners to Saudi Arabia.

Al-Murtada wrote on “Twitter” platform, “35 prisoners among the released prisoners from Saudi prisons were captured at the fronts of Marib, Al-Jawf, Shabwah and Al- Baidha.”

He stressed that these prisoners were sold by the ” Islah party” to the Saudi regime, pointing out that this is considered high treason.

He added, “We believe that the tribes of these governorates, who are known with magnanimity, will not be silent on that.”
