Sana’a forces spokesman, Brigadier Yahya Sare’e, said on Friday, that the Saudi-led coalition jet fighters had launched more than 286 airstrikes and 20 offensive and infiltration operations in several fronts during the past week.
Sare’e point out that the US-Saudi coalition forces continue their escalation on various fronts particularly on Marib, Al-Jawf, Taiz, Al-Dhalea and Al-Baydha fronts.
Brigadier-General Sare’e wrote on Twitter that “during the past week, the aerial attacks reached 286 airstrikes on Marib, Al-Jawf, Sana’a, Sa’adah, Hajjah, Al-Bayda, Al-Dhalea and the border frontlines.”
On Friday, The Saudi-led coalition warplanes launched 21 raids on separate areas of Jawf and Marib province, a security official said.
The official added that the coalition warplanes launched four raids on the district of Khab Washaaf and three raids on al-Hzem district of Jawf province.
Meanwhile, the alliance hit Majzar district with eight raids and six raids on al-Atiq area in Serwah district of Marib province, the source explained.
In Saada province , the coalition on Friday launched five air raids on Kataf and Ba’aqm district.
The warplanes targeted al-Farh area in Kataf district with three raids and two raids in Ba’aqm district, causing damage to citizens’ property.
The coalition jet fighters are continuing to fly over the district and the other border areas, the official added.
