Sana’a forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e announced on Friday that the Saudi-led coalition have launched 258 airstrikes on several Yemeni provinces, within the past week.
Sare’e confirmed that the Saudi-led coalition forces are continuing their military escalation on various fronts, as well as their airstrikes on a number of provinces.
“The US-Saudi coalition forces carried out more than ten offensive operations, while the coalition airstrikes reached 258 during the past week,” Sare’e said.
According to Sare’e , These attacks were launched on Jawf, Marib, Bayda, Dhalea, Taiz, Saada provinces.
The spokesman for the Sana’a Forces stated that the total number of coalition raids and hostile operations from April 9 to date amounted to more than 1068 air strikes and more than 86 offensive operations and infiltration.
Sare’e had early this month ,vowed the forces of Saudi-led coalition that the escalation of the continuous air and ground aggression would be met with an appropriate and painful response.
