Sana’a closed 700 facilities due to violating “Coronavirus measures”

Sana’a authorities have closed more than 700 establishments and shops for violating the precautionary measures to prevent Coronavirus during the past few days.

Mayor of the capital Sana’a Hamoud Obad on Saturday affirmed  that over 700 establishments and shops were closed in the capital’s districts during the last period for violating the precautionary measures to prevent Coronavirus.

The Capital’s mayor pointed out that the random Qat selling markets in several districts have been closed and moved to other places because those markets cause crowding and pose an appropriate environment for the spread of the epidemic.

“We have taken measures and decisions to close a number of public and commercial public markets for violating the health precautionary measures,”  the Mayor added.
