Daesh leader killed in Dhamar

The Anssarallah (Houthis)  security forces killed one of the most dangerous criminal elements of the so-called Daesh organization in a security campaign in Dhamar province last Monday.

According to a security official , the security forces  moved to arrest Shawqi Jaber Mohammad Raffan, who is one of Daesh leaders in Aotma and Wasabin areas, was working on recruiting citizens to join and fight alongside the terrorist organization and train elements to plant improvised explosive devices to destabilize security and stability in the province.

“Raffan was killed after he refused to be surrendered, and threw two bombs towards the security men, the official added, “ the official added.

The official said that the security men seized weapons, explosives and a quantity of takfiri documents belonging to the leader Raffan.
