US Moves to Control Areas in Yemen: Leader of Anssarallah
The Leader of the Yemeni Anssarallah movement, Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi, on Thursday revealed that the United States decided to establish military bases in the provinces of Hadramout, Mahra and Aden, eastern and southern Yemen, after being assured of what its tools had implemented.
During his meeting with a delegation of leaders and dignitaries from Ibb province, Sayyed al-Houthi affirmed that “the enemies are declaring, in light of the armistice, that they are preparing for a new phase of ‘aggression’ against Yemen,” noting that this preparation shows their orientation for the next stage.
The leader of Anssarallah pointed out that the enemies’ recent arrangements are based on their failures throughout the previous stage.
He explained that when the enemies reached despair in imposing one of their agents on the people, they removed him in a humiliating manner, referring to Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi.
“A handful of criminals, traitors and thieves were brought as leaders and were appointed by external choosing, and some of those who were recently appointed by the foreigner were surprised by the decision to form the Riyadh-backed Presidential Council,” Sayyed Abdulmalik said.
Sayyed Abdulmalik stressed that Yemen cannot accept being ruled by US decisions, pointing out that traitors and agents are the ones who accept that their decision be confiscated by a Saudi or Emirati officer.
He stated that normalization is a title to prepare the region for the “Israeli enemy”, and that whoever leads the war against Yemen is the same one who leads the normalization campaigns with the Israel.
“We, as the Yemeni people, are concerned with continuing our struggle to reach independence and freedom and to prevent foreign interference,” he added.
Sayyed Al-Houthi addressed the delegation of Ibb leaders and notables, saying: “We hope that Ibb province will present a model of coexistence that bridges gaps and builds bridges, because the enemies are moving by all methods and headlines to sow discord and widen disparities.”
He stressed the need to enhance security and social stability in Ibb province through reconciliation and cooperation between the notables.
