Coalition Commits 4,473 Violations of UN Truce in 45 Days
The Saudi-led coalition forces continued to violate the UN-brokered humanitarian and military truce in Yemen, where the number of violations amounted to 4,352 violations during the past 45 days, A military source in Sana’a said.
The source confirmed that the coalition forces committed 121 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, during the past hours, and the violations included seven raids by reconnaissance aircraft on the homes of citizens and the positions of Sana’a forces and the popular committees (Houthis’ fighters) in Al-Muthallath and Al-Noqta areas of Qa’taba district and Al-Zaylah and Al-Adan areas of Moris district in Dhalea province.
The source pointed out that the violations included 47 sorties of armed and spying reconnaissance aircraft in the airspace of the Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Jawf, Saada and Dhalea provinces, and the creation of combat fortifications around the city of Marib.
The coalition forces also committed 19 violations with missile and artillery attacks on the sites of Sana’a forces and committees in Al-Malahidh and Al-Madafen areas in Saada.
The source stated that the coalition forces targeted, with artillery, the positions of Sana’a forces in Bani Hassan area in Hajjah, Al-Malahidh and Al-Madafen areas in Saada, Wabnan area in Moris district of Dhalea, and Wadi Jarah and south of Al-Amud area in Jizan region.
The source added that 48 violations with shooting at citizens’ homes and positions of Sana’a forces were recorded in the provinces of Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada, and Dhalea and the border fronts.
