Sana’a forces and Houthis’ fighters continued on Wednesday to tighten the screws on the Saudi-led coalition forces inside Marib city, with new field achievements and progress towards Marib Dam areas, south of the city.
Local sources reported that Sana’a forces backed by the popular committees fought fierce battles against the coalition forces, south of the city of Marib, during the past hours.
The sources confirmed that Sana’a forces managed to advance towards the Marib Dam Valley, known as “Thanna Valley”, the last of the coalition forces’ rear defense lines south of Marib city.
Houthis are approaching the Marib Dam, amid major collapses among the coalition forces, the sources added.
